You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to manage and maintain the office budget, ensuring every expense is perfectly allocated. Keeping our office running smoothly, you’ll be responsible for ordering essential supplies and print publications. You’ll be the voice of our office, handling multi-line phones, including five direct lines, with professionalism and a smile. Supporting our students by producing letters for current and former students upon request, you’ll also manage our mail by maintaining the office Post Office box and overseeing mail distribution. Staying on top of communications by monitoring group email boxes and ensuring a welcoming environment through office housekeeping will also be key parts of your role.
