The Graduate Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for outbound recruitment and on campus recruitment efforts for graduate recruitment. This position will work with the Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment and the individual colleges on campus to increase our reach to the local area, Dallas and Houston for prospective students. This position will collaborate with the Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment and the Executive Director of University Recruitment to foster relationships with local feeder institutions and businesses. This position will work within the Customer Relations Management software to look at the funnel directly with prospect, inquiry and applicant students. This position holds the following major responsibilities: develop and generate student leads (including face to face, phone, e-communications, and on and off-campus events) and provide counseling on program attributes. The Graduate Recruitment Coordinator will work together to establish a presence in the community and help cultivate leads for our forty-seven graduate programs.
