Position Overview

Starting Salary Range is $72,758.40 - $76,469. The initial salary offer is commensurate with education and related work experience.

Assist Registrar in the operation of the Enrollment Management Office. Supervise and train staff in the following: transcript evaluation, state reporting, transcript preparation, graduation checklist preparation, and front counter services. In addition, this position serves as International Student Advisor for admissions and status processing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Admit international students, which requires knowledge of F1 student visa regulations, the federal student exchange visitor database (SEVIS), and explaining documentation needs to varied and often limited-English students. 
  • Complete projects assigned by Registrar (to include fulfilling special records requests, data analysis, and testing determinations based on incoming transcript details).
  • Along with Registrar, train and advise clerical staff, as described in position overview.
  • Develop clerical work schedules and approve clerical employee payroll reports.
  • Hire and supervise Student Assistants. 
 
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with commencement activities.
  • Serve on college committees as needed or to represent Enrollment Management Office when Registrar is unavailable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • Three (3) years of previous work experience in a security-sensitive, recordkeeping role
  • Supervisory experience, preferably while working in admissions or records at a college or university
  • Evening and weekend work required
